Please note that at this time, all items are unexchangeable and non refundable. ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL. To have the best Jess Fashion experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the item's description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always recommended to size up when completing online purchases. At checkout, please review and confirm for the correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping address, and payment information to prevent error as Jess Fashion Boutique is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by purchaser. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Store Credit will be issued at Jess Fashion LLC's discretion for all claims addressed. If you've received an incorrect style or a defective item, please send pictures and order number for tracking purposes to info@shopjessfashion.com within 3 days of item being delivered and a representative will contact you to gladly resolve. By completing a purchase with Jess Fashion Boutique, you are agreeing to our terms of service and every policy in place.
